Privacy Policy
FeralCare, Inc. understands and shares your concern about privacy. We want to assure you that FeralCare respects your privacy. We do collect information on the products browsed and we analyze this information in total to provide an up to date shopping experience for our customers. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home address, phone, email address and credit card information. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries (UPS and Product Manufacturers) strictly to process and ship your order. However, FeralCare will never keep your credit card number. For your security, our customers must supply a credit card number with each individual order.
If you make a purchase or donation to FeralCare, Inc., we include you in our list to receive future email updates about special offers, new products and services, and relevant information. We will not share information gleaned from your use of our site or the purchases you make. If for any reason you do not wish to receive this information 'or do not wish for us to provide information as described in this Privacy Policy, please reply to any of our emails and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line or e-mail customer Service at info@FeralCare.comto opt-out. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.
FeralCare. Inc. has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information that we collect. We employ SSL encryption to keep this information secure. We use your Internet protocol address to help identify you and your shopping cart, and to gather broad demographic information. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart so you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit. Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse our site; however our shopping cart does require the acceptance of cookies to work properly. Cookies are never used to store sensitive customer information such as names, addresses, passwords or credit card numbers.
If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole of in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our website. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice and will apply to all users of our website. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is February 20, 2008.

Refunds, Returns, Shipping
FeralCare, Inc., provides our customers with a 30 Day Return Policy.
Returns: You have 30 days to return the merchandise to us, for what ever reason. The 30 days starts the day that your merchandise is shipped.
Refunds: Have to meet the following conditions: If the merchandise has been opened, it must be returned with all of the original printed and packaging material; Unopened merchandise; Defective merchandise; Merchandise which we shipped in error (you did not receive what you ordered).
FeralCare charges a 15% restocking fee except for the following: The merchandise was defective; You received merchandise other than what was ordered.
How to Return Your Merchandise: You will need to send our customer service department an e-mail requesting a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This is will do two things: The RGA number will allow us to match your return with your original order, and by requesting a RGA, you are stating that you have read, and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.
Along with the RGA, you will also be given a shipping address. This address may be different from the address your merchandise was originally shipped. Please double check before you ship and only return merchandise to the address that we specify. We can only process claims for returned merchandise that we receive at the correct location.
Shipping Costs: Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by Company.name.com, then Company.name.com will gladly pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. There are several shipping agents available. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as United Parcel Service (UPS).
It is our policy to verify stock (most pieces offered are hand-made, so quantities are limited). We try and ship all merchandise within three business days of receiving a customers order. FeralCare, Inc. ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS). Also, we utilize the United Parcel Service shipping gateway to calculate your individual shipping costs. This provides our customers with three shipping choices:
- Standard Ground: 3 to 7 business days
- Second Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
